Join resident farmer and herbalist, Liesel McCleary, for a discussion on herbs for wellness support as we move through the seasons.

This class will highlight herbs for the autumnal season, and will include an introduction to herbal energetics, focusing on nourishing and immune system supportive herbs, roots and mushrooms. Class participants will learn about herbal preparations, actions and applications, and will receive recipes and resources to take home.

This class will be held in the farmstead building next to the greenhouse. Herbal tea will be provided.
