****About the Instructor — Mitchell Wilhoit****
Mitchell Wilhoit brings a unique blend of professional healthcare experience and community-focused hospitality to the “Tap Into Fitness” series. Before transitioning into the craft beer industry, Mitchell spent five years practicing as a certified Athletic Trainer, working hands-on with athletes, rehab clients, and individuals of all fitness levels. His background includes injury prevention, movement assessment, functional strength training, and building accessible wellness routines that help people feel better in their bodies.
Now a key member of the brewery team, Mitchell is excited to bring his passion for health, movement, and community together. His classes are designed to be approachable, no-equipment sessions focused on mobility, strength, and general wellness—perfect for beginners and seasoned movers alike.
Mitchell’s goal is simple: create a supportive, energizing start to the day that helps our community feel stronger, healthier, and more connected… all inside the brewery you already love.
