Spring has arrived, and with it comes the delightful tradition of berry picking in Christian County. Whether you’re a seasoned picker or looking to start a new family tradition, local farms offer a variety of fruits to enjoy. Here’s the latest on where to go:

High’s Berry Farm – Ozark

High’s Berry Farm is officially open for the 2025 strawberry season! This family-owned farm offers both U-pick and pre-picked strawberries. Located just off the 65 and EE exit, it’s convenient for a quick visit or a day out with the family. The farm opens early and stays open late, accommodating various schedules. For large orders, it’s best to call ahead.

Ozark Mountain Orchard – Highlandville

While not yet open for the season, Ozark Mountain Orchard is a family-owned and operated orchard known for its blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, and more. They’re anticipating the start of their U-pick blueberry season in late May to early June.
